How To Do It
1. Stand with your legs shoulder-width apart and your arms at your side.
2. Bend your knees and jump up, lifting your knees to your chest.
3. Land as softly as possible and continue this motion with relative speed.

1. Keep your abs tight and your back neutral. DO NOT hunch forward.
2. Look straight ahead.
3. Stop when you can no longer perform the exercise properly. Half-finished tuck jumps do nothing for you.
