The Lunge Jump is a great test of conditioning, balance and athleticism. Often the most difficult aspect is establishing a consistent landing point and “rhythm” to fully take advantage of the exercise’s potential.

How To Do It
1. Stand upright with one foot out about a foot in front of the other.
2. Squat down into a lunge position and then quickly jump, switching the position of your legs while in the air.
3. Land softly into a lunge position with your alternate foot now in the front.
4. Continue this motion switching legs during each jump.

1. Try not to lean to the side.
2. Keep your spine and abs tight.
3. Land SOFTLY.
4. Keep your hips, knees, ankles and toes in a line.
5. DON’T bang your knee on the ground.
