How To Do It
1. Place two cones five yards apart.
2. Beginning at the first cone, lower your hips and sprint to the second cone.
3. Tap the top of the second cone.
4. Sprint back to the first cone.
5. Tap the top of the first cone, and continue performing the exercise without pause, back and forth.
Online Personal Trainer Tip
1. Be sure to tap the tops of the cones in order to control the speed of your reversal. This small action can help prevent ankle injury.
