Todd Whitaker, NSCA-CPT, ACE

TODD WHITAKER created The Fitness Camp’s online training and nutrition program so he could reach more people with his unique training methods, while spending more time with his children. The Fitness Camp is the result of over 20 years of acquiring, developing, and sharing fitness expertise with hundreds of individuals across America. From extreme athletes and police officers to on-the-road salesmen and at-home moms, Todd helps people lose weight, burn fat, attain the bodies they’ve always wanted and improve their lives with the perfect mix of encouragement, humor, discipline and fun.

Todd is an NSCA-certified personal trainer, an ACE-certified group fitness instructor, the author of two fitness books, a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), and a father of two.

Todd was a multi-sport prep athlete, and continued playing baseball at the University of Iowa. After moving to the West Coast in the early 1990’s, Todd immersed himself in Southern California’s sunshine and fitness lifestyle, competing in baseball, in-line skating, sprint triathlons and cycling. As his love of outdoor exercise increased, he created The Fitness Camp, a state-of-the-art outdoor fitness boot camp unlike any other. Four years later, he translated The Fitness Camp’s unique outdoor boot camp into an effective online training and nutrition program designed for living rooms and gyms.

ABOUT THE FITNESS CAMP

The Fitness Camp is a fitness system combining interval training, Olympic lifting, Hemispheric TrainingTM, stationary sprinting, bodyweight and dumbbell exercises, sports conditioning, circuit training and agility drills. Less than 18 months after opening, TFC stood as Southern California’s largest single-location outdoor fitness boot camp.

The Fitness Camp’s purpose is to provide its clients with a fun, effective and highly-varied training and nutrition program, at home, in the gym, or on the road. Available on Mac/PC, iPad, iPhone or Android, TFC’s online training and nutrition program is based on a platform of flexibility and convenience.

At TFC, we’ve proven a extreme level of fitness can be achieved in 30 minutes or less per day, and that our high intensity workouts, combined with our artificial intelligence-driven nutrition technology and success coaching, help our clients burn fat, lose weight, and get the body they’ve always wanted more efficiently and effectively than any other home-based option.
